Delete your account
Your JCW Lunacy account is shared between the app and jcwlunacy.net. Deleting it removes it from both.
In the app (fastest)
- Open JCW Lunacy and go to the Locker tab.
- Under Account, tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are removed immediately.
If it asks you to sign in again first, that's a security check — sign out, sign back in, and delete again.
By email
Don't have the app installed any more? Send us the email address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
Email a deletion requestWhat gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and email address.
- Your Locker: points, wins, badges, cards, event picks and activity history.
- Your notifications, gifts, trade offers and ally/rival relationships.
What may remain
- Chat messages and wall posts you already sent, because they're part of other people's conversations. Ask us and we'll remove those too.
- Anonymous totals that aren't tied to you, like how many times an episode has been played.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Points, badges and cards can't be restored afterwards.
